• Although we are licensed in Maryland and Virginia, our main service area is Montgomery County.
• You will always be given an appointment, not a window, and arrive on time, every time or the call is free up to $100. We may call before we're late to adjust the appointment time.
• You may schedule appointments on Saturday & evening hours at regular rates and there is no travel charge.
• Your home will be kept clean because we wear surgical shoe covers before entering your home, keeping the outside dirt outside.
• Your work area will be covered with clean drop cloths. We strive to leave your home cleaner than when we arrived.
• You will know the price before we start to work, so there are no surprises.

• We offer plumbing, heating and air conditioning service contracts. And, we guarantee all of our repairs for two years, drain cleaning not included.
• Jim's technicians are neat, clean, pleasant, uniformed and, of course, skilled. You will be delighted to have them in your home.
• Jim's has clean, organized and well stocked vans.
• Jim's is a Qualified Gas Company Contractor. We also offer Plumbing Safety Inspection Agreements so you can rest assured that your systems are in good working order.
• 80% of our customers have been referred by family or friends.
• James D. Mitcham, owner, has been in the plumbing profession since 1959 and has been a Master plumber since 1965 (# 357). In 1997, Jim traded in his pipe wrench for a pencil, but is still a serviceman at heart and oversees the entire operation.
