Although we are licensed in Maryland and Virginia our main service area is Montgomery County.
We give you an appointment, not a window, and arrive on time, every time or the call is free up to $100. We may call before we are late to adjust the appointment time.
We offer scheduled Saturday & evening hours at regular rates and there is no travel charge.
We put on surgical shoe covers before entering your home, keeping the outside dirt outside.
We cover the work area with clean drop cloths. We leave your home cleaner than when we arrived.
We give you the price before we start to work, so there are no surprises.
We offer plumbing, heating and air conditioning service contracts. And we guarantee all of our repairs for two years, drain cleaning not included.
Our technicians are neat, clean, pleasant, uniformed and, of course, skilled. You will be delighted to have them in your home.
We have clean, organized and well stocked vans.
We are a Qualified Gas Company Contractor. We also offer Plumbing Safety Inspection Agreements so you can rest assured that your systems are in good working order.

Owner James D. Mitcham has been in the plumbing profession since 1959 and has been a Master plumber since 1965 (# 357). In 1997, Jim traded in his pipe wrench for a pencil, but is still a serviceman at heart and oversees the entire operation.
